We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.

2. Shipping Times

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Support for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also be longer or shorter.

Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours of processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Leon & Gab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Leon & Gab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping on Returns

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
